Ohhhh, this is in Silesk which is a region in the mountians of southwest Poland and this church is completely made of wood. no cement or bricks and its Protestant it was made in the 1700's as part of a crusade of some sort when this region was part of German Barvaria. I don't completely understand the significance because my Polish is not that intricate. I have a lot of literature on it. My friends seemed to think it was a very important regional landmark...but they spoke almost no English and I was just gleaning what they said in German. So its a very cool wooden Cathedral in Poland is the best answer I guess.
